Return & Cancellation Policy — MEYBRIAH (Israel)

1. Scope; Relationship to Law

1.1 This Return & Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”) applies to purchases made through the MEYBRIAH website at meybriah.com (the “Site”). It sets out our commercial return process and summarizes key statutory consumer rights under Israeli law for distance sales.

1.2 This Policy does not limit any non‑waivable rights you may have under applicable law, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 2010, as amended (together, “Israeli Consumer Law”). If there is a conflict between this Policy and mandatory law, the law will prevail.

2. Statutory Cancellation Rights (Distance Sales — Israel)

2.1 Change‑of‑mind window. A consumer may cancel a distance‑sale transaction within 14 days from (a) the day of receipt of the product; or (b) the day of receiving the disclosure document/confirmation of the transaction — whichever is later.

2.2 Protected populations. Elderly persons (65+), persons with disabilities, and new immigrants who concluded the transaction following a phone or live‑chat interaction (not email) may cancel within four (4) months from the later of: the transaction date, product receipt date, or receipt of the disclosure/confirmation document, subject to presenting documentation as required by law.

2.3 Statutory cancellation fee. Where change‑of‑mind cancellation is permitted under law, we may charge a cancellation fee not exceeding the lower of (i) 5% of the product price; or (ii) 100 NIS. If payment was made by credit card and we prove that card‑clearing fees were actually charged to us in connection with the cancelled transaction, we may charge such fee in addition to the statutory cancellation fee, as permitted by law. Shipping charges already paid may be non‑refundable unless required by law.

2.4 Statutory exceptions. Under Israeli Consumer Law, cancellation may not be available for certain items, including without limitation: (a) perishable goods; (b) goods manufactured/assembled specifically for the consumer according to special measurements or a personal request; (c) sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after opening the seal; (d) products that can be recorded, reproduced or duplicated, after the original packaging has been opened; and (e) additional categories defined by law from time to time.

3. Commercial Return Window (Store Policy)

3.1 Without derogating from statutory rights, MEYBRIAH accepts change‑of‑mind returns requested within 14 days from the date you received your order, provided the product meets the eligibility conditions in section 4. Requests made after 14 days may be declined unless required by applicable law.

4. Return Eligibility Conditions

4.1 To be eligible for a return, the product must be: (a) unused; (b) unworn where applicable; (c) unwashed where applicable; (d) undamaged; (e) free from signs of wear or use; and (f) returned complete with all original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging, in a condition suitable for resale.

4.2 For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non‑refundable once opened, tried on, used, or handled in a way that prevents resale (see section 2.4 above for statutory exceptions).

4.3 If a returned product does not meet these conditions, MEYBRIAH may refuse the refund and return the product to you.

5. How to Submit a Cancellation or Return Request

5.1 A consumer may cancel a distance‑sale transaction by sending a cancellation notice via any of the following channels: (i) email: [email protected]; (ii) online form:http://www.meybriah.com/contact; (iii) phone/SMS/WhatsApp:+972-52-2469696; or (iv) postal mail:13 HaMa'agan St., Nahariya, Israel. We will acknowledge receipt of the cancellation notice electronically. For statutory timelines, the dispatch date of the consumer’s notice shall be deemed the date of cancellation, subject to the return of the product where required by law.

5.2 To submit a return request, contact us via the Site’s contact methods with: (a) your full name; (b) order number; (c) email used for the order; (d) product name; (e) whether you seek statutory cancellation or a commercial return; and (f) the reason for return (optional for statutory change‑of‑mind). Do not ship products back before receiving written return instructions (including the return address and any RMA/authorization number).

6. Return Shipping; Risk of Loss

6.1 Change‑of‑mind returns: Unless required by law, original shipping fees are non‑refundable and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

6.2 Faulty/incorrect items: If the item is confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, the approved return shipping costs will be covered by MEYBRIAH. Original shipping fees will also be refunded where required by law.

6.3 Return address. Current return location: 13 HaMa'agan St., Nahariya, Israel. The full return address will be provided in the return instructions. Use a trackable method. MEYBRIAH is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

7. Refund Method and Timelines

7.1 Inspection. Returned products are inspected upon receipt to confirm eligibility.

7.2 Method. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise required by law.

7.3 Timing. Where cancellation is permitted by law, we will process the refund within 14 days from receipt of the cancellation notice (and, where required by law, from receipt of the returned product). Processing times by your payment provider/bank may vary.

7.4 Amounts. Refunds for discounted items are based on the amount actually paid (net of discounts), not the original full price. Where a statutory cancellation fee applies (section 2.3), it may be deducted from the refundable amount as permitted by law.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

8.1 If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with: (a) your order number; (b) a description of the issue; and (c) clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant.

8.2 Upon verification, we will offer, at our discretion and subject to law, a remedy such as replacement, repair, exchange, or refund. Where the issue is confirmed, you will not be charged approved return shipping costs and, where required by law, original shipping fees will be refunded.

9. Exchanges

9.1 To request an exchange, contact us before returning the product. Exchanges are subject to availability and the eligibility conditions in section 4. Additional shipping fees, price differences, or payment adjustments may apply.

10. Non‑Refundable Costs (Unless Required by Law)

10.1 Unless otherwise required by law or approved by MEYBRIAH due to damage/defect/incorrect shipment, the following are generally non‑refundable: (a) original shipping fees; (b) return shipping fees; (c) handling fees where applicable; and (d) payment‑processing costs where applicable.

11. Final Review; Fraud Prevention

11.1 MEYBRIAH reserves the right to inspect all returned products and to decline a refund, exchange, or store credit where the returned product does not meet this Policy or where misuse or fraud is suspected.
